Training Flights: - 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule - Less than 24 hours: First offense warning, subsequent cancellations charged full scheduled lesson cost - No-shows: Charged full scheduled lesson cost after first offense - Weather cancellations: No charge (instructor determines safety)

Discovery Flights: - 48+ hours notice: Full refund - Less than 48 hours: $50 cancellation fee - No-shows: Forfeit full payment - Weather cancellations: Reschedule at no charge

Block Time Purchases: - Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase - Transferable to immediate family members with written notice - No expiration date on unused hours - 3% discount applies to all block time purchases

Aircraft Rental: - 24+ hours notice: No charge - Less than 24 hours: 1-hour minimum charge - No-shows: 2-hour minimum charge

Student Safety: - Comprehensive preflight risk assessment for every flight - Weather minimums exceed FAA requirements for student operations - Progressive training—students advance only when proficient - Instructor authority on all safety decisions - Regular aircraft inspections beyond FAA minimums

Reporting: Students, renters, and instructors are encouraged to report safety concerns immediately to management. We maintain a non-punitive safety culture focused on learning and improvement.
